Service Description

Based on Autism Unplugged Learning Centre's THRIVE model, this program includes learning skills to: • Make New Friends • Learn ways to Problem Solve • Let go of Self-Doubt & Gain Confidence • Learn Coping Skills & How to Deal with Drama • Build Leadership Skills • Gain a brotherhood & know they are not alone Utilizing: •Evidence based concepts of Social Thinking, S.T.E.A.M activities and Growth Mindset •Targeted opportunities to practice with peers •Sensory enhanced environment Topics include: Self-Esteem, Peer Pressure Navigating Friendships, Building Resilience, Handling Transitions, Setting Goals, Managing Stress.
