Service Description

School readiness includes the areas of social-emotional, cognitive, language and literacy, and physical development. Another important part of school readiness includes a child’s ability to maintain focus on a task and show interest and curiosity in learning. The two week READY, STEADY, SCHOOL Program is taught by our Pathways Centre for Education Private School, Ontario Certified Teacher, who holds a Masters Degree in Education. This program will introduce your child to: Letter Recognition Letter Sounds Shape Recognition Color Recognition Counting Writing/Recognizing Name Rhyming Word Recognition Social Empathy Relating to Peers Expression Symbolic Play Self Regulation Task Commands Self Care Motor Skills and much more!
